Abstract
Serela Hotel Riau Bandung adalah salah satu hotel berbintang 3 di kota Bandung yang bekerjasama dengan E-Commerce Account Agoda dalam program peningkatan penjualan kamar. Keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Hotel Riau Bandung dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal salah satunya adalah harga kamar pada website Agoda. E-Commerce Account Agoda merupakan salah satu media strategi promosi yang bekerjasama dengan Serela Hotel Riau Bandung untuk mempengaruhi keputusan menginap dari tamu yang melakukan pemesanan kamar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi harga kamar Serela Hotel Riau Bandung pada website Agoda, mengidentifikasi keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Hotel Riau Bandung, serta menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh harga e-commerce account Agoda terhadap keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Hotel Riau Bandung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai seberapa berpengaruhnya harga e-commerce account Agoda dalam mempengaruhi keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Hotel Riau Bandung. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa harga e-commerce account Agoda sudah sesuai dengan apa yang dirasakan oleh tamu yang menggunakan website Agoda. Keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Hotel Riau Bandung dinilai tinggi. Kemudian harga e-commerce account Agoda memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan positif. Tetapi harga merupakan penentu yang rendah terhadap keputusan menginap tamu di Serela Riau Hotel yaitu sebesar 39,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,6% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Serela Hotel Riau Bandung is one of the 3-star hotel in Bandung city which cooperate with E-Commerce Account Agoda in the program to increased sales room. The decision to stay at the Serela Hotel Riau Bandung can be affected by several things, one of which is the room rate on Agoda's website. E-Commerce Accounts Agoda is one of the media promotion strategies in cooperation with Serela Hotel Riau Bandung to influence the decision of staying guests booking rooms. The purpose of this study was to identify the price of the room Hotel Riau Bandung Serela on Agoda's website, identifying the decision of stay at Serela Hotel Riau Bandung, as well as analyzing how much influence the price of e-commerce accounts Agoda against the decision of stay at Serela Hotel Riau Bandung. Based on these things then do research on how e-commerce price influencing account Agoda in the guest's stay in decisions affecting Serela Hotel Bandung's Riau. This study is descriptive verification in nature. Explanatory survey is used as the methodology in this research. The technique used in data analysis is simple linier regression analysis. The result shows that price of e-commerce account Agoda that the price of e-commerce accounts Agoda is in conformity with what is perceived by guests who use the Agoda website to make a reservation and the guest’s stay decision in Serela Hotel Riau Bandung overall has been high. In addition, the data shows that price of e-commerce account Agoda influences the guest’s stay decision by 39,4% and it is considered as a positive however low effect. Meanwhile, the remaining 60,6% is the influence of other variables that is not analyzed. Keywords: Price, Stay Decision
