Abstract

Performa atlet yang prima menjadi sebuah tuntutan di era sepakbola modern seperti sekarang yang mengharuskan para pemain melakukan banyak aksi di lapangan. Namun untuk mencapai performa yang baik tentunya tidak bisa dicapai begitu saja, performa atlet yang baik erat kaitannya dengan sebuah keterampilan bermain yang harus terus ditingkatkan kualitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model latihan Kurikulum Filanesia terhadap peningkatan performa siswa SSB Pamong Praja U-15 Garut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 siswa SSB Pamong Praja U-15. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument). Setelah data diperoleh, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji paired t-test dengan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji tersebut kemudian dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari hasil penerapan model latihan kurikulum Filanesia terhadap peningkatan performa siswa SSB Pamong Praja U-15 Garut. Excellent athlete performance is a demand in the modern era of football that requires players to take a lot of action on the field. However, achieving good performance certainly cannot be achieved just like that, good athlete performance is closely related to a playing skill that must continue to improve its quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the Filanesia Curriculum training model on improving the performance of SSB Pamong Praja U-15 Garut students. This research method uses an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample used was 22 SSB Pamong Praja U-15 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument). After the data was obtained, the data was analyzed using the paired t-test with SPSS version 25. Based on the test results, it can then be concluded that there is a significant effect of the results of the application of the Filanesia curriculum training model on improving the performance of SSB Pamong Praja U-15 Garut students.
