    Abstract

    Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan setiap individu termasuk dalam menjaga kebersihan menstruasi yang melibatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan praktik yang tepat. Namun, peserta didik dengan hambatan fisik menghadapi tantangan khusus dalam menjalankan kebersihan diri, sehingga diperlukan intervensi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran kebersihan menstruasi pada peserta didik dengan hambatan fisik melalui program intervensi berbasis modul digital yang disusun dengan pendekatan Teori Kognitif Pembelajaran Multimedia (Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning), yang menekankan pentingnya penyajian informasi secara visual dan verbal untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain A-B-A dengan 13 sesi, yang terdiri dari baseline 1 (A1), intervensi (B), dan baseline 2 (A2), serta pengukuran tiga sub aspek: pemahaman, sikap, dan praktik kebersihan menstruasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan setelah intervensi, dengan skor pada sub aspek pemahaman, sikap, dan praktik kebersihan menstruasi meningkat secara konsisten dari fase baseline 1 ke fase intervensi dan stabil di fase baseline 2, serta presentase overlap antar fase yang rendah (<90%), mengindikasikan efektivitas intervensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan modul digital berbasis teori multimedia mampu memberdayakan peserta didik dengan hambatan fisik untuk lebih memahami dan menjalankan praktik kebersihan menstruasi secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Reproductive health is an important aspect of every individual's life, including maintaining menstrual hygiene, which involves understanding, attitudes, and appropriate practices. However, students with physical disabilities face special challenges in carrying out personal hygiene, so appropriate interventions are needed. This study aims to increase awareness of menstrual hygiene in students with physical disabilities through a digital module-based intervention program designed using the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning approach, which emphasizes the importance of presenting information visually and verbally to optimize learning. The research method used an A-B-A design with 13 sessions, consisting of baseline 1 (A1), intervention (B), and baseline 2 (A2), as well as measuring three sub-aspects: understanding, attitudes, and practices of menstrual hygiene. The results showed a significant increase after the intervention, with scores on the sub-aspects of understanding, attitudes, and practices of menstrual hygiene increasing consistently from the baseline 1 phase to the intervention phase and stable in the baseline 2 phase, and a low percentage of overlap between phases (<90%), indicating the effectiveness of the intervention. These findings indicate that the use of digital modules based on multimedia theory can empower students with physical disabilities to better understand and carry out menstrual hygiene practices independently and sustainably.
