Abstract
Di zaman modern ini orang tua semakin banyak mendapatkan informasi tentang pengasuhan, akses informasi pengasuhan awalnya hanya dapat di peroleh dari lingkungan sekitar secara offline, namun sekarang informasi tersebut dapat diakses secara daring (online). Sangat penting bagi orang tua untuk memahami pentingnya pengasuhan yang positif, komunikasi yang efektif, dan dukungan sosial saat membesarkan anak di era digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak pengalaman belajar informal berbasis digital oleh orang tua dan kualitas pengasuhan anak orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode deskriptif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dengan pengukuran skala likert pada 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman belajar informal digital (X) dengan pengasuhan anak (Y),Pengalaman belajar informal digital yang dilakukan oleh orang tua menunjukkan perilaku belajar positif hampir seluruh orang tua belajar melalui penggunaan media digital yang diakses secara gratis, 2) Dari hasil analisis status sosial ekonomi orang tua berdasarkan pekerjaan dan pendidikan nilai paling tinggi diperoleh ASN dan pendidikan diperoleh S2, 3) Pengalaman belajar informal digital yang dilakukan oleh orang tua menunjukkan perilaku belajar positif hampir seluruh orang tua belajar melalui penggunaan media digital yang diakses secara gratis, 4) Status sosial ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh pengalaman terhadap pengasuhan, dan bukan menjadi variabel moderator untuk memperkuat pengalaman belajar informal digital dan pengasuhan anak. In this modern era, parents are increasingly getting information about parenting, access to parenting information was initially only obtained from the surrounding environment offline, but now the information can be accessed boldly (online). It is very important for parents to understand the importance of positive parenting, effective communication, and social support when raising children in the digital era. This study analyzes the impact of informal digital-based learning experiences by parents and the quality of parenting for parents who have early childhood. The study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive method, data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement on 100 respondents as a sample. The results of the study indicate that 1) There is a significant influence between informal digital learning experiences (X) and childcare (Y), Informal digital learning experiences carried out by parents show positive learning behavior, almost all parents learn through the use of digital media that is accessed for free, 2) From the results of the analysis of the socio-economic status of parents based on occupation and education, the highest value was obtained by ASN and education was obtained by S2, 3) Informal digital learning experiences carried out by parents show positive learning behavior, almost all parents learn through the use of digital media that can be accessed for free, 4) Socio-economic status has no influence on parenting experience, and is not a moderator variable to strengthen informal digital learning experiences and childcare.
