Konflik di lingkungan akademik terutama di Universitas Lampung masih sering terjadi, kenyataannya pendidikan resolusi konflik dalam kurikulum masih belum banyak di implementasikan. Sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya berfokus pada pengembangan resolusi konflik di tingkat pendidikan dasar dan menengah, sementara pendekatan berbasis nilai-nilai lokal belum banyak diterapkan di perguruan tinggi. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya inovasi, khususnya dalam menciptakan bahan ajar yang relevan dan aplikatif bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku ajar berbasis nilai-nilai lokal Piil Pesenggiri yang teruji validitas, kepraktisan, kelayakan, dan efektivitasnya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik pada mahasiswa Universitas Lampung. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) model Borg & Gall, penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mata Kuliah Wajib Pada Kurikulum Pada Pendidikan Tinggi Mata Kuliah Kewarganegaraan, khususnya materi Identitas Nasional dan Integrasi Nasional. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 173 mahasiswa dari empat fakultas di Universitas Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literasi, wawancara, observasi, angket, kuesioner, tes, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar berbasis nilai-nilai lokal Piil Pesenggiri memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan penyelesaian konflik secara damai di lingkungan Universitas Lampung. Selain itu, pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal ini memberikan kontribusi baru dalam pendidikan tinggi, dengan mengintegrasikan nilai budaya Lampung dalam pengajaran resolusi konflik. In fact, conflict resolution education in the curriculum has not been widely implemented. Most previous research has focused on conflict resolution development at the elementary and secondary education levels, while value-based approaches from local wisdom have not been widely applied in higher education. This situation highlights the need for innovation, especially in creating relevant and applicable teaching materials for students. This study aims to develop a teaching book based on the local wisdom values of Piil Pesenggiri that has been tested for validity, practicality, feasibility, and effectiveness to enhance conflict resolution skills among students at the University of Lampung. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, based on the Borg & Gall model, this study was conducted in the required curriculum course for higher education, specifically in the subject of National Identity and National Integration within the Citizenship Education course. The research sample involved 173 students from four faculties at the University of Lampung. Data were collected through literature studies, interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The main findings of this study indicate that the teaching book based on the local wisdom values of Piil Pesenggiri had a positive impact, particularly in improving understanding and the application of peaceful conflict resolution in the University of Lampung's environment. Furthermore, this local wisdom-based approach offers a new contribution to higher education by integrating Lampung cultural values into conflict resolution education.
