Bandung: Program Studi Perpustakaan Dan Sains Informasi FIP – Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Perpustakaan Bintekjatan merupakan salah satu perpustakaan khusus yang menjawab adanya tantangan dalam menggunakan Instagram untuk berkomunikasi dan menyebarkan informasi dengan pemustaka. Tantangan bagi perpustakaan ini berasal dari adanya persebaran informasi melalui konten Instagram yang harus beradaptasi dalam segala pengelolaan dan layanan di perpustakaan dengan memadukan teknologi tersebut. Di Indonesia, Pentahelix diperkenalkan pertama kali oleh Menteri Pariwisata periode tahun 2014-2019 yaitu Arif Yahya, yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pedoman Destinasi Wisata Berkelanjutan. Dalam peraturan ini dituliskan bahwa dorongan sistem kepariwisataan diperlukan melalui optimalnya aktor-aktor tersebut adalah; (1) Pemerintah (Government), (2) Industri (Business), (3) Akademisi (Academians), (4) Komunitas (Community) dan (5) Media/Publikasi (Media). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kelima actor pentahelix telah terdapat dalam postingan konten instagram perpustakaan PUPR Bintekjatan dan apa saja tantangannya dalam menghasilkan postingan konten Instagram. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Google Spreadsheets. Konten Instagram Perpustakaan PUPR Bintekjatan periode 12 Desember 2022 s/d 29 November 2024 rata-rata memuat informasi program yang dilakukan oleh dinas PUPR, ulasan koleksi buku, konten user of the month, dan mempromosikan produk Bineka. Faktor yang menghambat penerapan model Pentahelix dalam postingan konten Instagram Perpustakaan Bintekjatan terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Suci Noor Rayhan Gadis Azzahra (2025). The Bintekjatan Library is one of the special libraries that answers the challenges of using Instagram to communicate and disseminate information to users. The challenge for this library comes from the distribution of information through Instagram content that must adapt to all management and services in the library by combining this technology. In Indonesia, Pentahelix was first introduced by the Minister of Tourism for the 2014-2019 period, namely Arif Yahya, which is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Sustainable Tourism Destinations. This regulation states that the encouragement of the tourism system is needed through the optimization of these actors, namely; (1) Government, (2) Industry (Business), (3) Academics (Academians), (4) Community (Community) and (5) Media/Publications (Media). This study aims to find out whether the five pentahelix actors are present in the PUPR Bintekjatan library's Instagram content posts and what the challenges are in producing Instagram content posts. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets. The Instagram content of the PUPR Bintekjatan Library for the period December 12, 2022 to November 29, 2024, on average contained information on programs carried out by the PUPR, book collection reviews, user of the month content, and promoting Bineka products. Factors that hinder the implementation of the Pentahelix model in Bintekjatan Library Instagram content posts consist of internal and external factors.
