Penerapan Bimbingan Klasikal dengan Teknik Problem Based Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Berpikir Kritis
di Sekolah Menengah Pertama
Berpikir Kritis merupakan kemampuan berpikir secara mendalam yang sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran siswa sekolah, dengan berpikir kritis siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan serta potensi yang ada dalam dirinya sehingga dapat belajar dengan lebih baik dan siswa dapat membedakan benar serta salah dalam menghadapi kehidupannya sehingga siswa dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan baik dan benar. Tujuan penelitian adalah menyajikan Profil profil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, serta dihasilkannya program sekolah yaitu Program Bimbingan Klasikal dengan Teknik Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode Pre – post test dan desain Pre – eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket siswa untuk mengungkap indikator-indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII, VIII dan IX Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yang artinya semua populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMP UB Padalarang 46,67% berada pada kriteria tinggi, 53,33% berada pada kriteria sedang, dan 0% berada pada kategori rendah. (2) Rumusan layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik Problem Based Learning yang dilakukan oleh guru, sudah cukup baik dalam membimbing dan mengembangkan potensi dan aspek perkembangan anak, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CLASSICAL GUIDANCE WITH PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TECHNIQUES IN IMPROVING STUDENTS CHRITICAL THINKING ATITUDES IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS
Critical Thinking is the ability to think deeply which is very necessary to support the learning process of school students, with critical thinking students can develop their abilities and potentials so that they can learn better and students can distinguish right and wrong in facing their lives so that students can solve problems well and correctly. The purpose of this study is to present a profile picture of students' critical thinking abilities, in addition this study also aims to obtain a formulation of a critical thinking program and find out the area studied based on the school background and produce a school program, namely the Classical Guidance Program with Problem Based Learning Techniques in improving students' critical thinking abilities in Junior High Schools (SMP). The research was conducted at one of the junior high schools in Padalarang, West Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the Pre-post test method and Pre-experimental design. The instruments used to produce research data were observations and questionnaires for students to reveal indicators of critical thinking skills through critical thinking categories that appear in students. The population in this study were all students in grades VII, VIII and IX of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Sampling used saturated sampling technique, which means that all populations are sampled. The results of the study showed that the critical thinking skills of UB Padalarang Junior High School students were 46.67% in the high criteria, 53.33% in the medium criteria, and 0% in the low category. Portrait of classical guidance services with problem-based learning techniques carried out by teachers, are quite good in guiding and developing the potential and aspects of children's development, especially in improving critical thinking skills.
