Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel bebas kesiapan penerapan teknologi blockchain dengan menggunakan Technology Readiness Index (TRI 2.0) terhadap variabel terikat good governance yaitu transparansi dan akuntabilitas kepada pegawai pemerintah di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer serta diukur dengan skala likert. Populasi sekaligus sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pemerintah di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat.yang berjumlah 140 pegawai yang lebih lanjut ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis berupa analisis statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan penerapan teknologi blockchain berpengaruh positif terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kata Kunci: Kesiapan Penerapan Teknologi Blockchain, Technology Readiness Index (TRI 2.0), Transparansi, Akuntabilitas. This research aims to determine the effect of the independent variable, the readiness for blockchain technology implementation using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI 2.0), on the dependent variable of good governance, namely transparency and accountability, for government employees at the Communication and Informatics Office of West Java Province. The type of this research is quantitative using primary data and measured with a Likert scale. The population and sample of this study consists of all government employees at the Communication and Information Office of West Java Province, totaling 140 employees, further determined using the convenience sampling method. This study uses an analysis technique in the form of descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that the readiness to implement blockchain technology has a positive impact on transparency and accountability at the West Java Provincial Communication and Informatics Office.
