Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penerapan Reward terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen Front Office Padma Hotel Bandung, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Reward terhadap kinerja karyawan di Front Office Padma Hotel Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Front Office yang berjumlah 44 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Penjelasan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,605 yang artinya penerapan Reward memiliki pengaruh kategori sangat kuat dengan tingkat persentase 60,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil yang telah diperoleh melalui penelitian ini yaitu penerapan Reward di Padma Hotel Bandung berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam departemen Front Office. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen Padma Hotel Bandung untuk mempertahankan penerapan reward agar kinerja karyawan Front Office tetap terjaga kualitas nya. This research aims to identify the influence of the implementation of rewards on the performance of Front Office employees at Padma Hotel Bandung and to analyze the impact of reward implementation on employee performance in the Front Office department of Padma Hotel Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study are 44 Front Office employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research are explained using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the coefficient of determination test results obtained a value of 0.605, which means that the implementation of rewards has a very strong influence with a percentage level of 60.5% on employee performance. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of rewards at Padma Hotel Bandung has a very strong impact on the performance of employees in the Front Office department. This research is expected to assist the management of Padma Hotel Bandung in maintaining the implementation of rewards to ensure the quality of Front Office employee performance is sustained.
