    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan peneliti terhadap rendahnya efikasi diri siswa saat mengikuti pembelajaran IPAS. Efikasi diri (self-efficacy) merupakan keyakinan individu atas kemampuan dirinya dalam menyelesaikan suatu tugas yang akan berpengaruh kepada dorongan dan hasil individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan efikasi siswa melalui implementasi Model Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa di suatu pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Cipondoh 2 yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penumbuhan efikasi diri pada siklus I sebesar 56,25%, siklus II sebesar 68,75%, dan siklus III sebesar 93,75%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat digunakan untuk menumbuhkan efikasi diri siswa, khususnya pada pembelajaran IPAS di SDN Cipondoh 2. ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the researcher's observation of low self-efficacy of students when participating in science learning. Self-efficacy (self-efficacy) is an individual's belief in their ability to complete a task that will affect individual motivation and results. This study aims to foster student efficacy through the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type Cooperative Learning Model that involves student activity in learning. The subjects in this study were 33 fifth grade students of SDN Cipondoh 2. This study was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a qualitative approach. The results showed an increase in self-efficacy in cycle I of 56,25%, cycle II of 68,75%, and cycle III of 93,75%. These findings indicate that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model can be used to foster student self-efficacy, especially in science learning at SDN Cipondoh 2.
