Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengonstruksi Model Mitigasi Kenakalan Pelajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama Berbasis Pentahelik di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori pendidikan masyarakat, konsep pendampingan, dan pendekatan kolaboratif Pentahelik, yang melibatkan lima elemen utama: akademisi, bisnis, komunitas, pemerintah, dan media. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan grounded theory, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model mitigasi berbasis Pentahelik yang terdiri dari empat tahapan utama: pencegahan, mediasi, pendampingan, dan pengawasan. Tahap pencegahan dilakukan melalui kampanye edukasi yang melibatkan komunitas dan media, bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan masyarakat tentang bahaya kenakalan pelajar. Tahap mediasi berfokus pada penyelesaian konflik antar-pelajar secara damai, dengan dukungan elemen komunitas dan sekolah. Pendampingan dirancang untuk memberikan intervensi intensif kepada pelajar yang telah terlibat dalam kenakalan, sementara pengawasan memastikan evaluasi berkala untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan efektivitas program. Model ini diilustrasikan melalui interaksi strategis antar-elemen Pentahelik, di mana akademisi bertindak sebagai konseptor melalui penelitian dan evaluasi, pemerintah sebagai regulator kebijakan, bisnis sebagai pendukung finansial, komunitas sebagai akselerator implementasi, dan media sebagai katalisator penyebaran informasi. Kesimpulannya, model ini efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kenakalan pelajar, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, dan membentuk karakter positif siswa, sekaligus memberikan panduan kolaborasi lintas sektor yang dapat direplikasi dalam berbagai konteks sosial. This research aims to construct a Pentahelic-Based Junior High School Student Delinquency Mitigation Model in Cianjur Regency. This research is based on the theory of community education, the concept of mentoring, and the Pentecostal collaborative approach, which involves five main elements: academia, business, community, government, and the media. Using a qualitative approach with case study design and grounded theory, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results of the study resulted in a Pentahelic-based mitigation model consisting of four main stages: prevention, mediation, mentoring, and supervision. The prevention stage is carried out through an educational campaign involving the community and the media, aiming to increase student and public awareness about the dangers of student delinquency. The mediation stage focuses on resolving conflicts between students peacefully, with the support of community and school elements. Mentoring is designed to provide intensive intervention to learners who have been involved in delinquency, while supervision ensures periodic evaluations to maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. This model is illustrated through strategic interactions between Pentahelic elements, where academics act as drafters through research and evaluation, governments as policy regulators, businesses as financial supporters, communities as implementation accelerators, and media as catalysts for information dissemination. In conclusion, this model is effective in lowering student delinquency rates, creating a safe learning environment, and shaping students' positive character, while providing cross-sector collaboration guidance that can be replicated in various social contexts.
