Abstract
Otonomi daerah telah mendorong pembangunan infrastruktur, salah satunya pembukaan jalur Puncak II. Pembangunan ini memicu perubahan sosial yang signifikan, khususnya pada struktur sosial dan pola hubungan masyarakat di Kecamatan Sukamakmur, yang tercermin dari pergeseran gaya hidup kompleks. Perubahan tersebut dapat menimbulkan pergeseran nilai dan tatanan social kearah yang positf maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan sosial tersebut, merumuskan strategi adaptasi berbasis pendidikan, serta menyusun pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang dapat mendukung terciptanya transformasi sosial yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran dengan strategi transformasi berurutan. Kombinasi metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif ini memungkinkan analisis komprehensif terhadap fenomena perubahan social yang terjadi. Pada fase awal pertama, dilakukan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dengan 389 responden untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor perubahan sosial. Fase selanjutnya, menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap 7 informan untuk mengungkap kebutuhan pembelajaran masyarakat yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan sosial terjadi dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan, orientasi pribadi, isu sosial, disparitas, konservatisme, tradisionalisme, konflik, dominasi, inovasi, dan pembangunan. Menanggapi perubahan ini, diusulkan strategi pembelajaran masyarakat yang berfokus pada peningkatan kreativitas, literasi digital, pemberdayaan ekonomi, toleransi multikultural, dan kesadaran global. Pendekatan strategis ini diwujudkan dalam desain program pembelajaran teknologi, pengembangan karakter, dan kewirausahaan sosial yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal, pengelolaan konflik, serta kesetaraan akses. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan sosial dipengaruhi faktor pendorong, penghambat, dan akselerator seperti pendidikan, teknologi, konservatisme, dan globalisasi. Strategi pembelajaran masyarakat diusulkan untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan kreativitas, namun belum diuji coba sehingga efektivitasnya masih bersifat teoritis Regional autonomy has encouraged infrastructure development, one of which is the opening of the Puncak II line. These changes can cause a shift in values and social order in a positive or negative direction. This research aims to identify the factors that affect these social changes, formulate education-based adaptation strategies, and develop continuous learning that can support the creation of inclusive social transformation. This study uses a mixed approach with a sequential transformation strategy. This combination of quantitative and qualitative methods allows for a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of social change that occurs. In the first initial phase, a quantitative method was carried out using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) technique with 389 respondents to identify factors of social change. The next phase, using a qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques was conducted on 7 informants to reveal relevant community learning needs. The results of the study show that social change occurs in various aspects of education, personal orientation, social issues, disparity, conservatism, traditionalism, conflict, domination, innovation, and development. In response to these changes, a community learning strategy was proposed that focuses on increasing creativity, digital literacy, economic empowerment, multicultural tolerance, and global awareness. This strategic approach is embodied in the design of technology learning programs, character development, and social entrepreneurship that are integrated with local cultural values, conflict management, and equal access. This study concludes that social change is influenced by drivers, inhibitors, and accelerators such as education, technology, conservatism, and globalization. Community learning strategies are proposed to increase adaptability and creativity, but they have not been tested so that their effectiveness is still theoretical.
