Abstract

Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan (AKP) yang dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung menunjukkan guru membutuhkan pelatihan publikasi ilmiah. Namun, proses rekrutmen, pelaksanaan, dan hasil pelatihan masih menghadapi kendala. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi terhadap program pelatihan perlu dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini mengkaji evaluasi Pelatihan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) publikasi ilmiah menggunakan teori CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aspek context, input, process, dan product program PJJ publikasi ilmiah di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari seorang penyelenggara, dua widyaiswara, dan dua alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek context efektif karena memiliki rasionalisasi yang jelas, sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, sesuai dengan tuntutan yang ada, memiliki dasar hukum yang berlaku, dan memiliki tujuan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan yaitu peningkatan kualitas keterampilan menulis guru. Aspek input efektif yang ditunjukan dengan kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, penyelenggara, pendidik, dan biaya telah memenuhi kriteria, namun kendala koneksi internet masih terjadi. Aspek process dianggap belum efektif, karena pelaksanaan terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal yang telah ditentukan dengan implementasinya. Aspek product dianggap efektif karena baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas seluruh peserta memenuhi nilai minimum. The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung shows that teachers need training in scientific publications. However, the recruitment process, implementation and results of the training still face obstacles. Therefore, an evaluation of the training program needs to be conducted to measure the success in achieving the predetermined objectives. This study examines the evaluation of scientific publication Distance Training (PJJ) using the CIPP theory developed by Stufflebeam. This study aims to describe the context, input, process, and product aspects of the PJJ scientific publication program at the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation study. The subjects of this study consisted of an organizer, two widyaiswara, and two alumni. The results show that the context aspect is effective because it has a clear rationalization, is in accordance with the needs of the participants, is in accordance with existing demands, has a legal basis, and has a goal that is in accordance with the needs, namely improving the quality of teacher writing skills. The effective input aspect is shown by the curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, organizers, educators, and costs have met the criteria, but internet connection constraints still occur. The process aspect is considered ineffective, because there is a mismatch between the predetermined schedule and its implementation. The product aspect is considered effective because both in quality and quantity all participants meet the minimum score.
