Abstract
Pembelajaran dan penyelenggaraan olahraga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan sebuah prestasi. Olahraga merupakan salah satu aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, kesehatan dan kecakapan hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis kajian adanya pengembangan kepemimpinan olahraga dari waktu ke waktu berdasarkan litelatur hasil penelitian yang terdahulu dalam beberapa jurnal penelitian terindeks. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik melalui perangkat lunak yaitu Vosviewers untuk hasil penelitian yang informatif. Prosedur penelitian disajikan dengan network visualization, overlay visualization, dan density visualization. Tahap pengumpulan artikel melalui database Publish or Perish yang terdiri dari Google Scholar dan Scopus. Jenis artikel yang diperoleh berupa referensi artikel terindeks di scopus (Q1-Q4) dan sinta (S1-S4). Hasil analisis pencarian ditemukan sebanyak 600 artikel selama 10 tahun terakhir dari periode 2014 sampai 2024 tentang leadership and development through sport, kemudian hasil menunjukkan tren positif yang disusun secara sistematis menjadi topik pengembangan mendatang yang relevan dengan kajian penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kepemimpinan dalam olahraga telah tersebar dari tahun ke tahun yang diterapkan dalam pendidikan, manajemen olahraga dan kebijakan politik olahraga, dan telah ditemukan bahwa topik yang peneliti analisis terjadi penurunan pertahunnya atau kurang nya pengembangan kebaharuan penelitian. Kata kunci : Leadership, Vosviewer, Development through sport Learning and organizing sports are done to improve an achievement. Sports are one of the physical activities to improve the quality of life, health and life skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the study of the development of sports leadership from time to time based on previous research literature in several indexed research journals. This study uses bibliometric analysis through software, namely Vosviewers for effective research results. The research procedure is presented with network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization. The stage of collecting articles through the Publish or Perish database consisting of Google Scholar and Taylor and Francis. The types of articles obtained are in the form of indexed article references in Scopus (Q1-Q4) and Sinta (S1-S4). The results of the search analysis found 288 articles over the last 10 years from 2014 to 2024 on leadership and development through sport, then the results showed a positive trend that was systematically arranged into future development topics that were relevant to the research study. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that leadership development in sports has spread from year to year which is applied in education, sports management and sports political policies, the determination of leadership can also improve one of the life skills factors and can guarantee the quality of life in the future.
