Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja pada perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif penelitian ini menghasilkan secara umum beban kerja berada pada kategori rendah, kompensasi dalam kategori tinggi, kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori baik dan kepuasan kerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori puas. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil statistik beban kerja berdampak negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, beban kerja memiliki dampak negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi memiliki efek positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi memiliki efek positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja maupun kompensasi secara bersama-sama berefek pada kinerja karyawan secara signifikan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan memiliki efek positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to determine the influence of workload, compensation, employee performance and job satisfaction in manufacturing companies in the Majalengka Regency area. This research uses descriptive statistical research methods. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, this research shows that in general the workload is in the low category, compensation is in the high category, employee performance is in the good category and employee job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Meanwhile, based on statistical results, workload has a negative impact on employee job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative impact on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload and compensation simultaneously have a similar effect. significantly on job satisfaction, workload and compensation together have a significant effect on employee performance and employee job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
