Abstract

Tantangan ketenagakerjaan dengan tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi mengakibatkan terbatasnya kesempatan kerja, serta persaingan yang ketat di pasar tenaga kerja dan ketergantungan pada industri tertentu membuat sulitnya mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keahlian. Pentingnya peran wirausaha sebagai solusi dari tantangan ketenagakerjaan yang dihadapi oleh lulusan Diploma III. Menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kewirausahaan digital terhadap minat berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh pola pikir kewirausahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei dan analisis deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan ukuran responden sebanyak 215 orang dari Politeknik Geologi dan Pertambangan “AGP” & Politeknik Energi dan Pertambangan (PEP) Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. 2) Kewirausahaan digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha. 3) Pola pikir kewirausahaan tidak memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. 4) Pola pikir kewirausahaan memediasi pengaruh kewirausahaan digital terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan dan informasi yang berguna bagi praktisi pendidikan dan pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa politeknik di Kota Bandung, serta memberikan arahan bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk membangun dan memperkuat minat berwirausaha. Employment challenges with high unemployment rates result in limited employment opportunities, as well as fierce competition in the labor market and dependence on certain industries making it difficult to get jobs that match expertise. The importance of the role of entrepreneurship as a solution to the employment challenges faced by Diploma III graduates. Using Theory of Planned Behavior, this study aims to explore how the influence of entrepreneurship education and digital entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest mediated by entrepreneurial mindset. This type of research is quantitative with survey research method and descriptive verification analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires with a respondent size of 215 people from the Polytechnic of Geology and Mining “AGP” & Polytechnic of Energy and Mining (PEP) Bandung. The results showed that: 1) Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. 2) Digital entrepreneurship has no effect on entrepreneurial interest. 3) Entrepreneurial mindset does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest. 4) Entrepreneurial mindset mediates the effect of digital entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest. This study provides insights and useful information for educational practitioners and policy makers in developing entrepreneurial interest among polytechnic students in Bandung City, as well as in developing entrepreneurial interest among polytechnic students in Bandung City.
