Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan strategi seni kreatif dalam konseling untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier mahasiswa. Media seni seperti menggambar, melukis, dan pembuatan kolase digunakan sebagai alat ekspresi yang mendukung penemuan diri dan pengembangan potensi karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) dengan mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen berupa kuesioner diterapkan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan karier sebelum dan setelah intervensi seni kreatif, sementara wawancara mendalam dan observasi dilakukan untuk mendalami pengalaman mahasiswa selama proses konseling. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada dimensi Perencanaan Karier, Eksplorasi Karier, Pengambilan Keputusan, Informasi Dunia Kerja, Pengetahuan tentang Kelompok Pekerjaan Pilihan, Realisasi, dan Orientasi Karier. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa seni kreatif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung mahasiswa merumuskan rencana karier yang lebih jelas dan terarah. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada pengembangan program konseling yang inovatif dan holistik bagi praktisi konseling dan institusi pendidikan. Dengan strategi seni kreatif, mahasiswa diharapkan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan karier di masa depan dan mengoptimalkan potensi diri.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to develop creative arts strategies in counseling to enhance students' career maturity. Artistic media such as drawing, painting, and collage-making were utilized as expressive tools to support self-discovery and career potential development. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative and qualitative data. Questionnaires were administered to measure students' career maturity levels before and after the creative arts-based counseling intervention, while in-depth interviews and observations were conducted to explore students' experiences during the counseling process. The results revealed significant improvements in the dimensions of Career Planning, Career Exploration, Decision-Making, World of Work Information, Knowledge of Preferred Occupational Groups, Realization, and Career Orientation. These findings demonstrate that creative arts strategies effectively help students formulate clearer and more directed career plans. This study contributes to the development of innovative and holistic counseling programs for practitioners and educational institutions. Through creative arts strategies, students are expected to better prepare for future career challenges and optimize their personal potential.
