Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi mindfulness teaching berbasis Islam dalam pembelajaran di pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), dengan fokus pada penerapan nilai-nilai Islami dalam pengembangan kesadaran penuh, regulasi emosi dan empati anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, yang dilaksanakan di salah satu Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu di Kabupaten Bandung.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness teaching berbasis Islam diimplementasikan melalui berbagai aktivitas, seperti doa bersama, dzikrullah, latihan pernapasa, refleksi emosi, dan permainan interaktif. Aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut tidak hanya mendukung kemampuan regulasi emosi dan konsentrasi anak melalui kesadaran penuh, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai-nilai spiritual, seperti kesabaran, rasa syukur, dan tanggung jawab. Peran guru terbukti sangat signifikan dalam memfasilitasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui strategi-strategi seperti pengelolaan emosi, serta pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari anak. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi mindfulness teaching, seperti pengelolaan kelas yang dinamis dan kebutuhan akan pelatihan guru untuk memastikan konsistensi penerapan metode ini. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan mindfulness teaching berbasis Islam tidak hanya mendukung perkembangan emosional anak, tetapi juga membangun fondasi spiritual yang kokoh, yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan kurikulum PAUD berbasis nilai-nilai Islami dan pendekatan mindfulness dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang holistik. This study aims to analyse the implementation of Islam-based mindfulness teaching in learning in early childhood education (PAUD), focusing on the application of Islamic values in the development of mindfulness, emotion regulation and empathy in early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, which was conducted in one of the Integrated Islamic Kindergartens in Bandung Regency.The results show that Islam-based mindfulness teaching is implemented through various activities, such as prayer together, dhikrullah, breathing exercises, emotional reflection, and interactive games. These activities not only support children's emotion regulation and concentration skills through mindfulness, but also strengthen spiritual values, such as patience, gratitude and responsibility. The role of teachers proved to be very significant in facilitating the implementation of these activities through strategies such as emotion management, as well as the habituation of Islamic values in children's daily lives. The study also identified challenges faced in the implementation of mindfulness teaching, such as dynamic classroom management and the need for teacher training to ensure consistency in the application of this method. The analysis shows that an Islamic-based mindfulness teaching approach not only supports children's emotional development, but also builds a solid spiritual foundation, which is in line with the needs of early childhood education in Indonesia. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of ECD curriculum based on Islamic values and mindfulness approaches in an effort to improve the quality of holistic learning.
