Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi pada Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) memberikan kesempatan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) untuk belajar bersama anak-anak pada umumnya dalam satu lingkungan yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD dalam memberikan layanan pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus pada TK inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan grounded theory melalui tiga tahap: open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan profesional lain sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pembelajaran ABK. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, guru PAUD dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inklusif dalam memberikan layanan belajar yang optimal bagi semua anak. Inclusive education in kindergarten provides opportunities for children with special needs to learn with other children in the same environment. This study aims to analyze the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers in providing learning services for children with special needs in inclusive kindergartens. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses grounded theory through three stages, namely open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of the analysis show that strengthening teachers' pedagogical competence through ongoing training and collaboration with other professionals is very important to improve the quality of learning services for children with disabilities. With the right approach, early childhood education teachers can create an inclusive learning environment to provide optimal learning services for all children.
