Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Kepemimpinan Digital berbasis Nilai untuk Sekolah Unggul (High Tech & High Touch) di SD dan SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Adapun yang menjadi masalah utama penelitian ini adalah dampak transformasi pendidikan di era digital yang mendisrupsi nilai kearifan lokal pada Sekolah SD dan SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian campuran dan desain eksplanatori sekuensial serta teknik analisis SEM melalui software AMOS, penelitian ini melibatkan pengawas, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sekolah unggul di Kabupaten Garut. Nilai Kepemimpinan Digital lebih berpengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap high touch dibandingkan Kompetensi dan Keterampilan Kepemimpinan Digital. Pada jenjang SD dan SMP, pengaruh Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Digital lebih besar di SD, sementara pengaruh tidak langsung Nilai Kepemimpinan Digital terhadap high touch lebih tinggi di SMP. Pada guru, Nilai Kepemimpinan Digital lebih dominan terhadap high tech dan high touch dibandingkan kepala sekolah dan pengawas. Di Sekolah Penggerak, Kompetensi Digital lebih berpengaruh, sementara Nilai Kepemimpinan Digital lebih dominan di Sekolah Non Penggerak. Secara keseluruhan, kontribusi terhadap high touch lebih besar di SMP dan Sekolah Penggerak. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada Dinas Pendidikan, pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah untuk memperkuat Nilai dan Keterampilan Kepemimpinan Digital serta meningkatkan infrastruktur digital. Diharapkan model ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efisien, serta relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. This study aims to examine Value-Based Digital Leadership for Excellent Schools (High Tech & High Touch) in elementary and junior high schools in Garut Regency. The main issue addressed in this research is the impact of educational transformation in the digital era, which disrupts local wisdom values in elementary and junior high schools in Garut. Using a mixed-method research approach with a sequential explanatory design and SEM analysis technique through AMOS software, this study involves school supervisors, principals, and teachers. Value-based leadership has a significant impact on excellent schools in Garut. Digital Leader Values have a more direct and indirect influence on High Touch compared to Digital Leader Competencies and Skills. At the elementary and junior high school levels, the influence of Digital Leader Competencies is stronger at the elementary level, while the indirect influence of Digital Leader Values on High Touch is higher at the junior high school level. Among teachers, Digital Leadership Values are more dominant in influencing both High Tech and High Touch compared to principals and supervisors. In Schools of Movement (Sekolah Penggerak), Digital Competencies have a greater influence, while Digital Leader Values are more dominant in Non-Movement Schools. Overall, the contribution to High Touch is greater in junior high schools and Schools of Movement. Recommendations are made for the Education Office, supervisors, principals, teachers, and school committees to strengthen Digital Leadership Values and Skills, as well as to improve digital infrastructure. It is expected that this model can create a more interactive and efficient learning environment that is relevant to current developments..
