Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar belakang. Makan adalah salah satu dari 14 komponen kebutuhan dasar manusia menurut ahli keperawatan yaitu Virginia Henderson. Menurut Henderson makan merupakan kebutuhan fisiologis seseorang yang harus dipenuhi. Terdapat tiga waktu makan yang baik, yaitu makan pagi, makan siang, dan makan malam. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang telah peneliti lakukan, terdapat banyaknya anak sekolah yang melewatkan makan pagi dengan berbagai alasan. Tujuan penelitian. Untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan sarapan bergizi dengan konsentrasi belajar pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. Metode. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analitik korelasional melalui pengukuran pengisian kuesioner survei pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam ruang lingkup siswa SMK negeri 1 Cimahi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 337 responden. Data penelitian diambil melalui survey yang akan disebarkan dengan cara online yaitu dengan media google form. Hasil dan Pembahasan. Hasil data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan mayoritas kebiasaan sarapan bergizi siswa adalah cukup yakni sebanyak 223 siswa (66,2%) dan konsentrasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi mayoritas memiliki konsentrasi sedang sebanyak 191 siswa (56,7%). Hasil uji Spearman Correlation menunjukkan p-value = 0.498, yang berarti p-value >0.05. Kesimpulan. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan bergizi dengan konsentrasi belajar pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. Kata Kunci. According to Henderson, eating is a person's physiological need that must be met. There are three good meal times, namely breakfast, lunch and dinner. Based on preliminary studies that researchers have conducted, there are many school children who skip breakfast for various reasons. Research purposes. To find out the relationship between nutritious breakfast habits and study concentration in students at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. Method. The research design used was quantitative with correlational analytics through measuring the completion of a cross-sectional survey questionnaire. This research was conducted within the scope of students at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi with a sample size of 337 respondents. Research data is taken through a survey which will be distributed online, namely using Google form media. Results and Discussion. The results of the data in this study show that the majority of students' nutritious breakfast habits are sufficient, namely 223 students (66,2%) and the majority of students at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi have moderate concentration, namely 191 students (56,7%). The Spearman Correlation test results show p-value = 0.498, which means p-value >0.05. Conclusion. There is no relationship between the habit of having a nutritious breakfast and study concentration among students at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. Keywords.
