Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kemampuan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam kegiatan sentra role play di RA Raihan (Persis 27) menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Kemampuan interpersonal mencakup kemampuan anak dalam berinteraksi sosial, berkomunikasi, dan bekerja sama dengan teman sebaya. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif dipilih untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai tingkat kemampuan interpersonal yang dimiliki oleh anak-anak dalam setting pembelajaran yang telah ditentukan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun kelas B3 di RA Raihan (Persis 27). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan sentra role play berlangsung dan menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang telah divalidasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan rata-rata, distribusi, dan kecenderungan umum kemampuan interpersonal anak-anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, ditunjukkan melalui interaksi yang aktif, komunikasi yang efektif, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam kegiatan role play. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami perkembangan kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini dan implikasinya terhadap praktik pembelajaran di RA Raihan (Persis 27). This study aims to measure and analyze the interpersonal skills of children aged 5-6 years in role play center activities at RA Raihan (Persis 27) using descriptive quantitative methods. Interpersonal skills include children's ability to interact socially, communicate, and cooperate with peers. Descriptive quantitative method was chosen to provide a clear picture of the level of interpersonal skills possessed by children in a predetermined learning setting. The population of this study were children aged 5-6 years old class B3 at RA Raihan (Persis 27). Data were collected through direct observation during role play center activities and using validated assessment instruments. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to describe the mean, distribution, and general trend of children's interpersonal skills. The results showed that most of the children had good interpersonal skills, demonstrated through active interaction, effective communication, and the ability to work together in role play activities. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the development of early childhood interpersonal skills and its implications for learning practices at RA Raihan (Persis 27).
