Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Jans Park Jatinangor ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Adapun batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini yang fokus utamanya pada 5 dimensi yaitu Atraksi destinasi, fasilitas destinasi, aksesibilitas, imej (image), dan harga terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Jans Park Jatinangor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumi klasik, analisis regresi linar sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Jans Park Jatinangor dengan sampel sebanyak 102 responden dengan menggunakan Non probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive sampling dalam teknik pengambilan data. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada wisatawan di Jans Park Jatinangor secara langsung dan online melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa hasil variabel penelitian terdistribusi secara normal. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan dua variabel yang saling berpengaruh, F hitung = 275.750 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0.05. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan jika produk wisata mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 73,44%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) memperlihatkan bahwa hasil t hitung penelitian adalah 16.606 signifikansi karena t hitung > t tabel (16.606 > 1.622) diketahui Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau bisa diartikan sebagai adanya pengaruh produk wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. This research conducted at Jans Park Jatinangor that aims to determine the effect of tourism products on tourist satisfaction. The problem restrictions in this study mainly focus on 5 dimensions, including destination attractions, destination facilities, accessibility, image, and price on tourist satisfaction at Jans Park Jatinangor. This study used quantitative approach as a method with classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test) for research analysis. The population of this study were Jans Park Jatinangor tourists with a sample of 102 respondents using non probability sampling and purposive sampling technique in data collection techniques. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to tourists at Jans Park Jatinangor directly and online through social media. Based on the results of the classical assumption test, it shows that the results of the research variables are normally distributed. The results of simple linear regression analysis show two variables that influence each other, F count = 275,750 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that tourism products affect tourist satisfaction by 73.44%. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) show that the result of the research t count is 16.606 significance because t count> t table (16.606> 1.622) discovered that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be interpreted as the influence of tourism products on tourist satisfaction.
