Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional headteacher dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap keefektifan sekolah di SIS Kelapa Gading North East Jakarta (NEJ). Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengisi minimnya literatur tentang Sekolah Penyelenggara Kerjasama (SPK) di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian kuantitatif, yang melibatkan 90% guru di SIS Kelapa Gading NEJ, menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kepemimpinan headteacher (X1), kinerja mengajar guru (X2), dan keefektifan sekolah (Y) semuanya berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan linear yang kuat antara kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan keefektifan sekolah (korelasi Pearson = 0,732), serta hubungan linear yang kuat antara kinerja mengajar guru dan keefektifan sekolah (korelasi Pearson = 0,642). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi, kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional headteacher dapat menjelaskan 53,65% varian keefektifan sekolah, dan kinerja guru dapat menjelaskan 41,11% varian keefektifan sekolah. Persamaan linear berganda yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Y = 0,572X1 + 0,344X2 + 39,827. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja mengajar guru memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap keefektifan sekolah. Namun, kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh lebih besar dari pada kinerja mengajar guru, dengan demikian kepemimpinan transformasional perlu lebih diutamakan dari pada kinerja mengajar guru untuk meningkatkan efektifitas sekolah. Headteacher perlu lebih memfokuskan untuk coaching para guru agar lebih meningkatkan keefektifan sekolah. Behaviour Design Change dapat menjadi arahan memperkokoh kepemimpinan transformasional. Monitoring guru perlu dilakukan lebih intensif. Para guru perlu melakukan assessment of and for learning lebih konsisten dalam meningkatkan keefektifan sekolah. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership quality of headteachers and teacher-teaching performance on school effectiveness. This research fills a gap in the literature by providing comprehensive insights into Joint Cooperation Schools (SPK) in Indonesia. The findings of the quantitative research, which involved distributing a questionnaire to 90% of the teachers at SIS Kelapa Gading NEJ, indicate that the transformational leadership quality of the headteacher (X1), teacher-teaching performance (X2), and school effectiveness (Y) are all in the very high category. The study found a strong linear relationship between the transformational leadership quality of the headteacher and school effectiveness (Pearson correlation = 0.732), as well as a strong linear relationship between teacher performance and school effectiveness (Pearson correlation = 0.642). According to the determination coefficient, transformational leadership quality can explain 53.65% of the variance in school effectiveness, and teaching-teacher performance can explain 41.11% of the variance in school effectiveness. The multiple linear regression equation derived from the research is Y = 0.572X1 + 0.344X2 + 39.827. The findings demonstrate that both transformational leadership of the headteacher and teaching-teacher competence have a high influence on school effectiveness. However, transformational leadership has a greater influence, indicating it should be prioritized over teaching-teacher performance to improve school effectiveness. “Behaviour design change” can be guidance to strengthen transformational leadership. The headteacher should focus more on coaching teachers. Monitoring teachers needs to be more intense. Teachers need to improve Assesment for and of learning.
