Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital dan perilaku masyarakat mendorong perbankan untuk menyediakan produk yang memudahkan nasabah dalam bertransaksi, salah satunya kartu kredit syariah. Salah satu produk kartu kredit syariah yang cukup berkembang adalah BSI Hasanah Card, namun perkembangan pemegang BSI Hasanah Card di area Bandung Kota yang masih belum optimal di mana hampir semua cabang masih belum mencapai target yang ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap minat kepemilikan produk Hasanah Card pada nasabah BSI existing dengan religiositas sebagai variabel moderator. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausalitas serta menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BSI area Bandung Kota yang belum memiliki produk BSI Hasanah Card dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 responden. Hasil penelitian pada analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan minat kepemilikan BSI Hasanah Card berada pada kategori sedang. Sementara itu, variabel religiositas menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Kemudian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan norma subjektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat kepemilikan, sedangkan kontrol perilaku tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat kepemilikan BSI Hasanah Card. Adapun untuk efek moderasi menunjukkan bahwa religiositas tidak memoderasi pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap minat kepemilikan BSI Hasanah Card. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memberikan masukan kepada BSI untuk dapat mengoptimalkan promosi terkait produk Hasanah Card sebagai upaya perkembangan produk tersebut. The development of the digital world and people's behavior encourages banks to provide products that make it easier for customers to transact, such as sharia credit cards. One of the growing Islamic credit card products is the BSI Hasanah Card, but the development of BSI Hasanah Card holders in the Bandung City area is still not optimal where almost all branches still haven’t reached the specified target. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview and analyze the effect of attitude level, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on interest in ownership of Hasanah Card products on existing BSI customers with religiosity as a moderator variable. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and causality approach and uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis tool. Respondents in this study were BSI customers in the Bandung City area who didn’t yet have a BSI Hasanah Card product with a sample size of 155 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and interest in ownership of the BSI Hasanah Card were in the moderate category. Meanwhile, the religiosity variable shows a high category. Then, the results showed that attitudes and subjective norms had a significant positive effect on ownership interest, while perceived behavior control had no effect on interest in ownership of the BSI Hasanah Card. As for the moderating effect, it shows that religiosity does not moderate the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on interest in ownership of the BSI Hasanah Card. The implication of this research is that it can provide input to BSI to be able to optimize promotions related to Hasanah Card products as an effort to develop these products.
