Abstract
Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan inisiatif pemerintah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa secara holistic melalui kokulikuler melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Program P5 di dua sekolah penggerak, yaitu SDN Sukarindik dan SD Yos Sudarso, menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain evaluasi program. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk meningkatkan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program P5 di kedua sekolah telah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, guru, dan sekolah. Secara konteks, Program P5 telah selaras dengan kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan visi misi sekolah. Kedua sekolah telah menunjukkan komitmen yang tinggi dalam implementasi program dalam menentukan tujuan dan strategi program berdasarkan pelatihan dari fasilitator sekolah penggerak. Berdasarkan focus input, perencanaan program telah dilakukan dengan baik diantarantya kesiapan guru, pendanaan, dan Alokasi waktu. Aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, seperti pengembangan modul P5 dan pengumpulan sumber daya. Dalam aspek proses, implementasi program telah berjalan sesuai rencana, dengan adanya berbagai aktivitas yang mendukung pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila berdasarkan tema yang diakhiri dengan panen karya. Untuk focus evaluasi produk, Program P5 telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif berdasarkan dimensi dan elemen yang menjadi tujuan. Program P5 di SDN Sukarindik dan SD Yos Sudarso telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila dan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi sekolah lain. The Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Program is a government initiative to develop students' character holistically through co-curricular activities and project-based learning. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the P5 Program in two pilot schools, SDN Sukarindik and SD Yos Sudarso, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The research uses a qualitative approach with a program evaluation design. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data was analyzed descriptively using qualitative techniques and triangulation to ensure data validity. The results show that the P5 Program in both schools has been well-implemented and has had a positive impact on students, teachers, and the schools. In terms of context, the P5 Program is aligned with national education policies and the schools' vision and mission. Both schools have demonstrated a strong commitment to implementing the program, setting goals and strategies based on the training provided by the pilot school facilitators. Regarding input, the program planning has been well-executed, including teacher readiness, funding, and time allocation. Areas that need improvement include the development of P5 modules and resource mobilization. In the process aspect, the program implementation has progressed as planned, with various activities supporting the development of the Pancasila student profile based on thematic areas, culminating in a showcase of student work. For the product evaluation, the P5 Program has successfully enhanced students' critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills, as per the program's objectives and dimensions. The P5 Program at SDN Sukarindik and SD Yos Sudarso has made a significant contribution to the development of the Pancasila student profile and can serve as a recommendation for other schools.
