Abstract
Penelitian ini fokus pada strategi kepala sekolah sebagai Instructional Leader. dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru abad 21 di sekolah dasar, dengan mengambil studi kasus di Kota Dan Kabupaten Serang. Dalam menghadapi dinamika abad 21, pendidikan memerlukan adaptasi terhadap teknologi dan perubahan pembelajaran modern saat ini. Sebagai pemimpin instruksional, kepala sekolah memerlukan strategi untuk menjalankan perannya dalam mengelola sekolah, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru di abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dampak penerapan strategi kepala sekolah sebagai Instructional Leader. dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru abad 21 di sekolah dasar Kota dan Kabupaten Serang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini melibatkan rekomendasi konkret untuk pihak sekolah guna mengoptimalkan penerapan kepemimpinan instruksional sehingga dapat meningkatnya keterampilan guru abad 21. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan arahan untuk sekolah lain dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di abad 21, dengan akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan keefektifan pembelajaran di abad 21. This research focuses on the principal's strategy as an Instructional Leader in improving teachers' 21st century skills in primary schools, using case studies in Kota and Kabupaten Serang. In the face of the dynamics of the 21st century, education requires adaptation to current modern learning technologies and changes. As an Instructional Leader, principals need strategies to carry out their role in managing schools, with the hope of improving teachers' skills in the 21st century. Qualitative methods were used in this study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, observation, and documentation. The research findings are expected to provide in-depth insights into the impact of implementing principals' strategies as Instructional Leaders in improving teachers' 21st century skills in primary schools in Kota and Kabupaten Serang. The implications of this study include concrete recommendations for schools to optimize the implementation of Instructional Leadership to enhance teachers' 21st century skills. The results of this study are expected to provide direction for other schools in facing the challenges of 21st century education, ultimately improving the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of learning in the 21st century.
