Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis Toko Sinsin Jaya (TSJ) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Lean Canvas. Dalam industri mebel di Kota Tasikmalaya, persaingan semakin meningkat akibat adanya produk impor yang mendominasi pasar, menyebabkan penurunan penjualan pada TSJ. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi sembilan blok utama dalam lean canvas, yaitu customer segment, problem, unique value proposition, solutions, revenue streams, cost structure, key activities, dan unfair advantage. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan pengumpulannya dengan metode observasi, wawancara, kajian pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TSJ perlu memperbaiki model bisnisnya, yaitu pada blok Unique Value Proposition, Key Metrics, dan Unfair Advantage untuk lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mempertahankan daya saing. Implementasi lean canvas memungkinkan TSJ untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis yaitu menggunakan strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan pasar, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan di masa mendatang. This study aims to develop a business strategy for Toko Sinsin Jaya (TSJ) using the Lean Canvas approach. In the furniture industry of Tasikmalaya City, competition has intensified due to the influx of imported products dominating the market, leading to a decline in TSJ's sales. The research was conducted by identifying the nine key blocks in the Lean Canvas model: problems, customer segments, value propositions, solutions, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, key activities, and competitive advantage. This qualitative research employs a case study approach, utilizing observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation methods for data collection. The findings indicate that TSJ needs to improve its business model to be more responsive to market demands and maintain its competitive edge. Implementing the Lean Canvas allows TSJ to formulate a more focused and efficient business development strategy, which is expected to increase sales and optimize the company's performance in the future.
