Abstract
Pendidikan pada dasarnya berfungsi untuk mengubah atau membentuk karakter manusia, akan tetapi dalam proses pelaksanaannya pendidikan sering kali mengesampingkan aspek kemanusiaan terutama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara online. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online banyak memberikan manfaat dan memudahkan penggunanya karna dapat di akses dimana saja akan tetapi secara bersamaan juga membatasi ruang gerak peserta, membuat pembelajaran menjadi kaku,dan berkurangnya rasa hormat pada pendidik, oleh karna itu penerapan Humanizing Online Learning akan bermanfaat bagi proses pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ialah peserta didik, pengajar, dan widyaiswara bertempat di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi,dokumentasi dan wawancara. Peneliti merupakan instrumen utama penelitian dengan dibantu pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah display data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya proses pembelajaran online pada program pelatihan jarak jauh penyelenggara sudah menerapkan prinsip humanizing online learning, akan tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya karna selain mengikuti pelatihan peserta didik juga tetap bertugas sebagai guru di sekolah masing-masing. Oleh karna itu penerapan teori humanis atau humanizing online learning dalam pembelajaran menjadi hal yang penting agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan baik. The research subjects are learners, teachers, and widyaiswara located at the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. Data collection was conducted using observation, documentation and interviewmethods.interviews.
