Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kendala yang terdapat dalam pembaharuan fitur-fitur pada sistem aplikasi PEO yang mengalami perubahan dan gangguan server sehingga pegawai IPC Terminal Petikemas tidak merasakan kepuasan dari aplikasi PEO dalam proses administrasi perkantoran. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan dan penerimaan pada aplikasi PEO menggunakan model Technology Acceptace Model (TAM) yakni mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap behaviour intention to use, perceived ease of use terhadap behaviour intention to use dan perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap behaviour intention to use. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis metode TAM yakni perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use untuk menilai penerapan dan penerimaan aplikasi PEO terhadap behaviour intention to use (niat perilaku) pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei eksplanatori dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 73 pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: (1) perceived usefulness berada pada ketegori setuju; (2) perceived ease of use berada pada kategori setuju; (3) behaviour intention to use berada pada kategori tinggi; (4) perceived usefulness secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap behaviour intention to use; (5) ) perceived ease of use secara signifikan berpengaruh kepada behaviour intention to use; (6 perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use secara signifikan berpengaruh kepada behaviour intention to use. The problem studied in this study is the obstacles contained in updating the features of the PEO application system that have changed and server disruptions so that IPC Terminal Petikemas employees do not feel satisfaction from the PEO application in the office administration process. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application and acceptance of the PEO application using the Technology Acceptace Model (TAM) model, namely to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on behavior intention to use, perceived ease of use on behavior intention to use and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavior intention to use. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach using TAM method analysis, namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to assess the application and acceptance of PEO applications on employee behavior intention to use. The data collection technique used in this research is an explanatory survey by distributing questionnaires to 73 employees as respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) perceived usefulness is in the agree category; (2) perceived ease of use is in the agree category; (3) behavior intention to use is in the high category; (4) perceived usefulness significantly affects behavior intention to use; (5) perceived ease of use significantly affects behavior intention to use; (6 perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly affect behavior intention to use.
