    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang berkembang dikalangan peserta didik SMK terkait semakin meningkatnya kecenderungan perilaku agresif. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan teknik Role Playing untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik keagresifan siswa disekolah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode desktriptif, Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Bisnis Manajemen SMK 45 Lembang yaitu sebanyak 186 siswa dan untuk sampel adalah 21 orang yang termasuk kedalam kategori perilaku agresif tinggi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan profil perilaku agresif peserta didik yang menyatakan bahwa 21 orang dari keseluruhan siswa termasuk pada pelaku agresi kategori tinggi, 102 siswa dalam kategori sedang dan 63 siswa termasuk dalam kategori rendah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan sebagian besar siswa kelas X Bisnis Manajemen SMK 45 Lembang berada pada tahap atau kategori pelaku agresi sedang; dihasilkan pula rancangan teknik Role Playing untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif siswa; dan rancangan teknik Role Playing yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dari keagresifan siswa disekolah berdasarkan aspek fisik, verbal, kemarahan dan permusuhan. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling hendaknya mendapatkan informasi mengenai gambaran perilaku agresif di sekolah dengan memperhatikan aspek yang terkandung didalamnya; dan peneliti selanjutnya memfokuskan penelitian kepada jenis kelamin, subjek atau jenjang pendidikan yang berbeda.
    This study is based on the growing phenomenon among vocational school students related the increasing tendency of aggressive behavior. The general objective of this research is to produce a design role playing techniques to reduce aggressive behavior in accordance with the characteristics of the students' aggressiveness school students. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive method, the entire population used is Business Management class X students of SMK 45 Lembang as many as 186 students and for the sample was 21 people who belong to the category of high-aggressive behavior. This study resulted in the aggressive behavior of learners profiles stating that 21 people of all students including the aggressor high category, 102 students in the medium category and 63 students included in the low category, so it can be concluded most of class X students of SMK 45 Lembang Business Management are on stage or category of offender aggression being; resulted with Role Playing design techniques to reduce aggressive behavior of students; Role Playing and design techniques suitable to the characteristics of aggressiveness school students based on the physical, verbal, anger and hostility. Recommendations are given for guidance and counseling teachers should obtain information about overview of aggressive behavior in school with attention to aspects contained therein; and further research focus to gender studies, subjects or different levels of education
