Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi karena adanya kemajuan teknologi canggih yang dihasilkan oleh globalisasi yang semakin cepat yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan anak. Pergeseran zaman dan kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah semua aspek tingkah laku manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang mengungkap bagaimana peserta didik di sekolah dasar berperilaku sesuai dengan visi misi sekolah, tujuan pendidikan, dan pengimplementasian dari dimensi pertama profil pelajar pancasila yaitu “Berakhlak Mulia” dengan cara menanamkan nilai karakter sopan santun melalui penggunaan magic words (maaf, tolong, terima kasih, dan permisi) di kelas I. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode desriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yakni kepala sekolah, pendidik kelas I, dan peserta didik kelas I SDN 2 Linggajaya. Teknik pengumpulan data ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data ini adalah analisis data kualitatif untuk mendekripsikan kebijakan atau visi misi sekolah, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pendidik, evaluasi hasil, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pembiasaan penggunaan magic words. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visi misi di SDN 2 Linggajaya sekolah memiliki program pembiasaan 4 kata ajaib (magic words) dalam membantu meningkatkan sopan santun dalam bertutur kata. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pendidik melalui pembelajaran pengenalan dan penggunaan magic words dengan bantuan media visual dan audiovisual serta pembiasaan secara rutin dan spontan. Adapun evaluasi hasil dari penggunaan magic words yaitu adanya perubahan dalam bertutur kata sopan santun hal ini tidak terlepas dari faktor pembiasaan dari keluarga, sekolah (pendidik), lingkungan, dan diri sendiri peserta didik. The research was motivated by the advanced technological advances produced by accelerated globalisation that can affect children's development. Shifting times and technological advances have changed all aspects of human behaviour. The purpose of this study is to describe the phenomena that reveal how students in elementary schools behave in accordance with the school's vision and mission, educational objectives, and the implementation of the first dimension of the Pancasila learner profile, namely ‘Having Noble Character’ by instilling the value of polite character through the use of magic words (sorry, please, thank you, and excuse me) in class I. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The participants in this study were the principal, grade I educators, and grade I students at SDN 2 Linggajaya. This data collection technique was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis stage is qualitative data analysis to describe the school's policy or vision and mission, planning and implementation of educators, evaluation of results, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors from the habituation of the use of magic words. The results showed that the vision and mission at SDN 2 Linggajaya school has a habituation programme of 4 magic words in helping to improve manners in speech. Planning and implementation of educators through learning the introduction and use of magic words with the help of visual and audiovisual media as well as routine and spontaneous habituation. The evaluation of the results of the use of magic words is that there is a change in polite speech, this is inseparable from the habituation factors of family, school (educators), environment, and students themselves.
