Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu terletak pada tata ruang kantor guru yang belum optimal sehingga menyebabkan lingkungan kerja non fisik di dalam ruang kantor guru tidak kondusif serta kinerja guru yang rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai pengaruh tata ruang kantor guru dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi (explanatory survey method) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 78 guru sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) tata ruang kantor guru berada pada kategori sangat optimal; (2) lingkungan kerja non fisik berada pada kategori sangat kondusif; (3) kinerja guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi; (4) tata ruang kantor guru secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (5) lingkungan kerja non fisik secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. The problem studied in this study lies in the layout of the teacher's office which is not optimal, causing the non-physical work environment in the teacher's office space to not be conducive and low teacher performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of teacher office layout and non-physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used in this study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to 78 teachers as respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the teacher's office layout is in the very optimal category; (2) the non-physical work environment is in the very conducive category; (3) teacher performance is in the very high category; (4) the teacher's office layout significantly affects teacher performance; (5) the nonphysical work environment significantly affects teacher performance.
