Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai gambaran umum pelaksanaan manajemen program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana, mendeskripsikan manajemen program, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program, dan hasil program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui penggalian data dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 2 Cianjur. Patrisipan dari penelitian ini adalah : Kepala sekolah, Wakasek kurikulum, Anggota tim siaga bencana, Gur, ketua ekstrakulikuler Batarapala dan PMR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana ini menerapkan fungsi manajemen yaitu : 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pengorganisasian; 3) Pelaksanaan; dan 4) Pengawasan secara terstruktur. Dengan diterapkannya program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap sekolah.Program mencakup perbaikan sarana prasarana, pembentukan tim siaga bencana, integrasi kurikulum kebencanaan, dan kolaborasi dengan BPBD serta PMI. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program berhasil meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan pengetahuan siswa tentang bencana. Terdapat faktor pendukung program diantaranya dukungan eksternal, keadaan sekolah pasca-bencana, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, materi yang relavan, kesadaran pentingnya program. Selain itu tersapat faktor penghambat diantaranya terlambatnya rekontruksi bangunan, kesulitan pengintegrasian kurikulum, kesulitan dalam menyusun KOSP, penjadwalan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari program menunjukan pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan dan mencapai tujuan. This research examines the general overview of the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program management, describes the program management, supporting and inhibiting factors in program implementation, and program outcomes. The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, document studies, and observations. The study was conducted at SMAN 2 Cianjur. The results indicate that the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program management applies management functions in a structured manner, including: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementing; and 4) Monitoring. The implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program has positively impacted the school. The program includes improvements to infrastructure, the formation of a disaster response team, the integration of disaster-related curriculum, and collaboration with BPBD and PMI. Evaluation shows that the program has successfully increased students' preparedness and knowledge about disasters. Supporting factors include external support, the school’s condition post-disaster, supportive facilities and infrastructure, relevant materials, and awareness of the program's importance. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as delays in building reconstruction, difficulties in integrating the curriculum, challenges in drafting the School Operational Plan (KOSP), and scheduling issues. The program's results indicate that the implementation aligns with the planned objectives and has successfully achieved its goals.
