Abstract
STRATEGI KEPALA TK NEGERI DI KOTA BANDUNG UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KETERAMPILAN ABAD 21 BAGI GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA ABSTRAK Adanya perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut Kepala Sekolah TK Negeri di Kota Bandung perlu adaptif terhadap perubahan, dan harus merencanakan strategi untuk menunjang perubahan pada guru, khususnya untuk keterampilan Abad 21 bagi guru. Terlebih lagi sekolah negeri merupakan ujung tombak dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dan sebagai sekolah penggerak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah TK Negeri di Kota Bandung dalam pengembangan keterampilan abad 21 bagi guru dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam strategi perencanaan di dalamnya terdapat penentuan tujuan pengembangan, identifikasi kebutuhan sumber daya, pengembangan rencana tindakan dan pengembangan indikator keberhasilan. Selain itu adanya strategi implementasi dan strategi evaluasi yang diterapkan oleh kepala TK Negeri di Kota Bandung dalam mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21 bagi guru telah menunjukkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip perencanaan strategis dan adaptasi yang baik terhadap konteks sekolah masing-masing. Disarankan dalam penerapan strategi kedepannya kepala sekolah mampu mendalami tujuan terkait kurikulum, mampu melibatkan guru dan meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan orang tua lebih erat dan mampu mengevaluasi keberhasilan program kepada guru secara kontinyu. STRATEGY OF THE PRINCIPAL OF A STATE KINDERGARTEN IN BANDUNG CITY TO DEVELOP 21ST CENTURY SKILLS FOR TEACHERS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM ABSTRACT The existence of changes in the world of education requires that Principals of State Kindergarten Schools in the City of Bandung need to be adaptive to changes, and must plan strategies to support changes in teachers, especially for 21st Century skills for teachers. Moreover, state schools are the spearhead in implementing the Independent Curriculum and act as driving schools. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of state kindergarten principals in Bandung City in developing 21st century skills for teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The results of this research show that this research reveals that the planning strategy includes determining development goals, identifying resource needs, developing action plans and developing success indicators. Apart from that, the implementation strategy and evaluation strategy implemented by the head of the State Kindergarten in Bandung City in developing 21st century skills for teachers has demonstrated the application of strategic planning principles and good adaptation to the context of each school. It is recommended that in implementing future strategies, school principals be able to explore curriculum-related goals, be able to involve teachers and increase closer collaboration with parents and be able to evaluate the success of the program to teachers continuously.
