Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat pelaku bullying peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Maja. Tujuan penelitian adalah menguji secara empirik keefektifan penggunaan teknik role playing dalam mengurangi pelaku bullying peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group design dengan partisipan 30 ( L=16, P=14) peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Maja Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 dan analisis data menggunakan uji t. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui angket pelaku bullying, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukanpenggunaan teknik role playing efektif dalam mengurangi pelaku bullying peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan kepada: (1) Guru bimbingan dan konseling diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknik dalam mengurangi pelaku bullying peserta didik, (2)Peneliti selanjutnyadiharapkan dapat menggunakan metode penelitiannya lebih powerfull yang sebelumnya eksperimen kuasi menjadi eksperimen murni. This study is based on level of bullying among high school students in maja. The aim of this study was to examine empirically the effectiveness of the use of role play technique in decreasing bullying among the students. The method used was a quasi-experimental and nonequivalent control group design with the participant was 30 (M= 16, F= 14) eleventh grade students in the academic year 2013/2014. And the data analysis of this study used t-test. The data collection of this study used questionnaire, observation and interview. The result of the study decrease the levell of bullying among the high school students. The significance of the study refers to: (1) guidance and conselling teacher bullying among the high school student. (2) the following researcher is expected to use the technique more powerfull than previous research.
