Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh Pentingya Ego identitas diri pada remaja yang menentukan pilihan dan tujuan masa depan individu yang berada pada tahapan perkembangan remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas Instrumen EOM-EIS II berdasarkan teori ego identitas remaja yang dikembangkan oleh Marcia dan instrumen EOM-EIS II yang dikembangkan oleh Adams, jumlah partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 170 orang peserta didik SMAN 1 Margahayu, Kabupaten Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Winstep versi 3.73. Hasil rating scale menunjukkan bahwa nilai observed average dan Andrich threshold memiliki nilai yang telah berurutan menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang telah ditampilkan telah berurutan yang dimaknai bahwa partisipan memahami setiap pilihan yang diberikan dari instrumen tersebut. Nilai unidimensionalitas raw variance memiliki nilai diatas 20% dan nilai raw unexplained 1st to 5th menunjukkan nilai kurang dari 15% yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen fokus mengukur satu variabel. hasil analisis item measure menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesukaran butir instrumen terbagi kedalam empat kategori yaitu sangat mudah, mudah, sukar, dan sangat sukar. Pada analisis item fit menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang diuji tidak memenuhi tiga syarat misfit sehingga instrumen termasuk dalam kategori fit. Pada penghitungan tingkat reliabilitas instrumen digunakan tabel summary statistic yang menunjukkan hasil person measure dengan nilai 0.72, nilai alpha cronbach sebesar 0.84, nilai person reliability sebesar 0.84, dan nilai item reliability sebesar 0.97. dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsistensi dan kualitas instrumen termasuk dalam valid dan reliabel, sehingga dapat diimplikasikan pada siswa sekolah menengah atas, dalam mendukung penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling. The research was motivated by the importance of Ego self-identity in adolescents who determine the choices and future goals of individuals who are at the adolescent development stage. The purpose of this study was to measure the validity and reliability of the EOM-EIS II Instrument based on the adolescent ego identity theory developed by Marcia and the EOM-EIS II instrument developed by Adams, the number of participants in this study was 170 students of SMAN 1 Margahayu, Bandung Regency. Data analysis was conducted using Winstep version 3.73. The results of the rating scale show that the observed average and Andrich threshold values have consecutive values indicating that the values that have been displayed have been consecutive which means that participants understand each choice given from the instrument. The raw variance unidimensionality value has a value above 20% and the 1st to 5th raw unexplained value shows a value of less than 15% which indicates that the instrument focuses on measuring one variable. The results of the item measure analysis show that the level of difficulty of the instrument items is divided into four categories, namely very easy, easy, difficult, and very difficult. The item fit analysis shows that the tested instrument does not meet the three misfit requirements so that the instrument is included in the fit category. In calculating the reliability level of the instrument, the summary statistic table is used which shows the results of the person measure with a value of 0.72, the Cronbach alpha value of 0.84, the person reliability value of 0.84, and the item reliability value of 0.97. It can be concluded that the consistency and quality of the instrument are valid and reliable, so that it can be applied to high school students, in supporting the preparation of guidance and counseling programs.
