Abstract

Bulutangkis adalah olahraga raket yang melibatkan pukulan shuttlecock melewati net, baik secara tunggal maupun ganda. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-compassion terhadap kondisi fisik atlet bulutangkis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet bulutangkis se-kecamatan jatiwangi, teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan keriteria atlet berusia 8 – 12 tahun sebanyak 35 atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner self-compassion dan tes kondisi fisik untuk mengetahui jawaban dari sampel dan hasil dari tes kondisi fisik. Hasil analisis data secara statistik dibantu oleh aplikasi SPSS21, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh uji hupotesis diketahui nilai signifikansi variabel self-compassion sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dan T hitung 3.310 > T tabel 2.03452. Karena T hitung > T tabel H0 ditolak ata H1 diterima, maka dapat diambil kesimpulaan bahwa variabel self-compassion terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kondisi fisik dan besaran pengaruh diperoleh dari R Square sebesar 0,249 memiliki pengaruh antara self-compassion terhadap kondisi fisik atlet bulutangkis sebesar 24,9%.

Badminton is a racket sport that involves hitting a shuttlecock over a net, either single or double. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-compassion on the physical condition of badminton athletes. The research method used is quantitative method with correlational research type. The population in this study were badminton athletes in Jatiwangi sub-district, the sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of athletes aged 8-12 years as many as 35 athletes. Data collection techniques in this study were using self-compassion questionnaires and physical condition tests to find out the answers of the sample and the results of the physical condition test. The results of statistical data analysis are assisted by the SPSS21 application, this is shown by the hypothesis test that the significance value of the self-compassion variable is 0.002 <0.05 and T count 3.310> T table 2.03452. Because T count> T table H0 is rejected or H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that the self-compassion variable has a significant effect on the physical condition variable and the amount of influence obtained from R Square of 0.249 has an influence between self-compassion on the physical condition of badminton athletes by 24.9%.
