Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. Namun, pelaku UMKM sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mengembangkan usahanya, termasuk kurangnya kompetensi kewirausahaan. Komunitas UMKM CKEPO melakukan upaya pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan dengan pembelajaran tutor sebaya di komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan, peran, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat tutor sebaya dalam mengembangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan di komunitas UMKM CKEPO. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penentuan informan penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah empat orang yakni satu orang ketua komunitas, satu orang pendamping komunitas, dan dua orang anggota komunitas UMKM CKEPO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tahapan pembelajaran tutor sebaya meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, pengawasan, dan evaluasi namun berjalan secara informal tidak terstruktur. 2) Tutor sebaya berperan dalam dukungan emosional dan pemberian infomasi atau pendidikan di komunitas. 3) Faktor pendukung tutor sebaya berupa kesadaran akan kekuatan dan kelemahan diri, keterampilan teknis yang relevan dari pengalaman sebelumnya dalam berwirausaha, keterampilan berbicara di depan umum. Sedangkan faktor penghambat berupa rendahnya efikasi diri, keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi digital, kesulitan dalam menyampaikan ide. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi tutor sebaya sebagai strategi efektif dalam pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan di komunitas UMKM, meskipun perlu adanya peningkatan struktur dan kualitas pembelajaran. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in job creation and promoting inclusive economic growth. However, MSME actors often face various challenges in developing their businesses, including a lack of entrepreneurial competence. The CKEPO MSME community has made efforts to develop entrepreneurial competence through peer tutoring within the community. This study aims to identify the stages, roles, and supporting and inhibiting factors of peer tutoring in developing entrepreneurial competence within the CKEPO MSME community. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, and document studies. The research informants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of four individuals: one community leader, one community facilitator, and two members of the CKEPO MSME community. The research findings indicate that: 1) The stages of peer tutoring include planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation; however, they are carried out informally and lack structure. 2) Peer tutors play a role in providing emotional support and information or education within the community. 3) Supporting factors for peer tutoring include self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses, relevant technical skills gained from previous entrepreneurial experience, and public speaking skills. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include low self-efficacy, limited knowledge of digital technology, and difficulties in conveying ideas. This study highlights the potential of peer tutoring as an effective strategy for developing entrepreneurial competence within MSME communities, though there is a need to enhance the structure and quality of learning.
