Abstract
Electronic Word of Mouth dengan hasil sebesar 84,90% semakin banyak ulasan positif dan terpercaya, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepercayaan dan kepuasan calon pengunjung terhadap destinasi wisata. Tingkat kepuasan berkunjung sebesar 85,43% kepuasan ini dipengaruhi oleh ulasan positif yang mereka baca sebelumnya, yang mendorong kepercayaan terhadap destinasi tersebut. Selain itu, kepuasan ini berkontribusi pada terbentuknya loyalitas pengunjung dengan hasil tingkat loyalitas pengunjung sebesar 78,72% dalam keinginan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang, pembelian tambahan, dan aktivitas seharian di kawasan tersebut. Hasil menunjukan bahwa media sosial memiliki peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran destinasi wisata, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengunjung. With 84.90%, it was found that more positive and credible reviews increase trust and satisfaction among potential tourists. The level of visitor satisfaction was 85.43%. This satisfaction was influenced by the positive reviews they had previously read, which increased their confidence in the destination. In addition, this satisfaction contributes to visitor loyalty, resulting in a visitor loyalty level of 78.72% in terms of the desire to make repeat visits, additional purchases and daily activities in the area. The results show that social media have an important role to play in the marketing strategies of tourist destinations, particularly in the increase of visitor satisfaction and loyalty
