Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana gambaran kinerja karyawan di PT. X Kota Bekasi. Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek sumber daya manusia yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan, hal ini dikarenakan kinerja akan bepengaruh secara langsung terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan, produktivitas perusahaan, hingga menciptakan nilai tambah dan inovasi baru yang dapat berkontribusi secara positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Diantara banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu faktor Efikasi Diri dan Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran efikasi diri, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di PT. X Kota Bekasi dan juga untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh efikasi diri dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. X Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu koefisien korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji-t dan analisis Uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan bepengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research focuses on how the description of employee performance at PT X Bekasi City. Employee performance is an important aspect of human resources to be considered by the company, this is because performance will directly affect the success of the company. Employee performance will have an impact on improving company performance, company productivity, to create added value and new innovations that can contribute positively to achieving company goals. Among the many factors that affect performance, the focus of this research is the Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of self efficacy, job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT X Bekasi City and also to determine the effect of self efficacy on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, and the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT X Bekasi City. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a population and research sample of 65 employees. The analysis technique used is the correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using T-test analysis and F-test analysis.The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance. While partially, self-efficacy affects employee performance and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.
