Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi visi dan kebijakan pemimpin kota dalam penataan arsitektur kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten dengan bantuan Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis (CAQDAS). Pengumpulan data berupa dokumen-dokumen yang terkait pada pembangunan kota Denpasar yaitu meliputi : RTRW kota Denpasar, RDTR Kota Denpasar , dan RPJMD Kota Denpasar. Data yang telah dikumpulkan direduksi menggunakan aplikasi CAQDAS berupa Nvivo yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pedoman rubik yang disusun berdasarkan hasil sintesis teori mengenai kota. Penyajian data berupa tabel yang berisi uraian singkat berdasarkan pedoman rubik. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian berupa absensi dari indikator aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas pada dokumen RPJMD, dan penggunaan material, warna, dan tekstur sesuai dengan konteks lokal pada dokumen RPJMD dan RTRW. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian bahwa visi dan kebijakan pemimpin kota dalam penataan arsitektur kota Denpasar sudah memenuhi tiga aspek pada indikator penelitian namun belum mencapai tingkat hierarki dan inklusivitas yang sempurna. This study aims to explore the vision and policies of city leaders in urban architecture planning in Denpasar city. It adopts a qualitative approach with content analysis method aided by Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis (CAQDAS). Data collection includes relevant documents on Denpasar city development, namely: Denpasar City Spatial Planning (RTRW), Denpasar City Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR), and Denpasar City Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). The collected data is processed using CAQDAS software, specifically Nvivo, and analyzed using a rubric guideline based on the synthesis of theories about cities. Data presentation involves tables containing brief descriptions based on the rubric guideline. The findings of the study indicate the absence of accessibility indicators for people with disabilities in the RPJMD document, and the use of materials, colors, and textures appropriate to the local context in the RPJMD and RTRW documents. The conclusion drawn from the research is that the vision and policies of city leaders in the urban architecture planning of Denpasar city fulfill three aspects of the research indicators but have not yet achieved a perfect level of hierarchy and inclusivity.
