Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kinerja karyawan di PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps). Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja, namun fokus penelitian ini akan menguji dua variabel yaitu Spiritual Leadership (X₁) dan Employee Engagement (X₂). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai tingkat spiritual leadership, tingkat employee engagement, dan tingkat kinerja karyawan di PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps), kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh spiritual leadership dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps). Metode penelitian yang akan diterapkan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 378 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 87 karyawan PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps) menggunakan teknik sampling probability sampling (simple random sampling). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritual leadership, employee engagement, dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Secara parsial, spiritual leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, ketika dianalisis secara simultan, spiritual leadership dan employee engagement secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research focuses on knowing how the level of employee performance at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps). Employee performance is a key factor in achieving the goals and success of an organization or company. There are several factors that can affect performance, but the focus of this research will test two variables, namely Spiritual Leadership (X₁) and Employee Engagement (X₂). The purpose of this study is to determine an overview of the level of spiritual leadership, the level of employee engagement, and the level of employee performance at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps), then to determine the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance, the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, and the effect of spiritual leadership and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps). The research method that will be applied is descriptive and verification method with a population of 378 employees and a sample of 87 employees of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (Elcorps) using sampling techniques, namely probability sampling (simple random sampling). The analysis techniques used in this study are correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that spiritual leadership, employee engagement, and employee performance are in the high category. Partially, spiritual leadership has no effect on employee performance, while employee engagement affects employee performance. However, when analyzed simultaneously, spiritual leadership and employee engagement together affect employee performance.
