Abstract
Remaja kerap dihadapkan pada tantangan serius seperti seks pranikah, pernikahan dini, dan penyalahgunaan narkoba atau dikenal dengan Tiga Ancaman Dasar Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (TRIAD KRR). Ancaman ini tidak hanya membahayakan kesehatan fisik dan mental, tetapi juga masa depan remaja. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) meluncurkan program Generasi Berencana (GenRe), yang memanfaatkan Duta GenRe sebagai agen utamanya dalam menyebarluaskan informasi kepada remaja. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Duta GenRe dalam pencegahan TRIAD KRR, mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat, serta mengungkap strategi yang efektif. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan partisipan dari Duta GenRe Kota Bandung, Dinas DPPKB, dan siswa SMA. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa para Duta GenRe memainkan peran sebagai public relation, motivator, promotor, serta pendidik dan konselor sebaya. Faktor pendorong meliputi Duta GenRe yang berkualitas, kolaborasi erat antar mereka, peran media sosial, dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, fasilitas Modul Tentang Kita, dan kolaborasi pentahelix. Sebaliknya, faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya konsistensi dan loyalitas mereka, aksesibilitas dan transportasi, kendala mengubah kebiasaan remaja, norma budaya dan stigma sosial masyarakat, perekonomian masyarakat menengah ke bawah dan kurangnya keterlibatan remaja. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan ramah remaja, pembelajaran, pelembagaan, dan pencapaian. Kesuksesan program ini bergantung pada kemampuan para duta untuk memperkuat faktor pendorong dan meminimalkan berbagai faktor penghambat. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang efektif dan adaptif, mereka memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan struktur sosial yang mendukung kesehatan reproduksi remaja serta memberikan dampak positif dalam mencegah permasalahan yang senantiasa mengancam remaja.
