Abstract

Proses digitalisasi pembayaran menjadi suatu hal yang tak asing bagi para pelaku UMKM saat ini dalam upaya meningkatkan proses transaksi dengan cepat dan daya jual beli yang lebih luas. Tentu pembayaran digital yang mulai diminati saat ini adalah penggunaan QR code, yaitu QRIS. Salah satu kota yang sudah banyak penggunaan QRIS adalah Kota Tasikmalaya. Pasar Cikurubuk menjadi salah satu pasar yang sudah mulai menerapkan QRIS dari tahun 2020. Namun sampai saat ini upaya penerapan tersebut masih belum efektif dari sisi penggunaannya. Berkesinambungan dengan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan memberikan rekomendasi mengenai upaya penerapan QRIS di Pasar Cikurubuk Kota Tasikmalaya, dengan pendekatan dari teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dari perceived usefulness (persepsi kebermanfaatan) upaya penerapan QRIS masih belum memberikan dampak dan kebermanfaatan pada kinerja para pedagang karena minimnya pembeli menggunakan QRIS dan sistem pendukung yang masih kurang. Dalam sisi perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan) menunjukan bahwa para pedagang memahami cara penggunaan QRIS karena mudah, meskipun peran dari pihak penyelenggara sendiri masih belum bisa mensosialisasikan penggunaan QRIS dengan baik. Dari dua persepsi tersebut tentunya membentuk sikap dan niat dari para pedagang bahwa mereka akan terus memanfaatkan QRIS di ruko mereka. Harapan terbesar bagi pihak penyelenggara sendiri yaitu melakukan sosialisasi lanjutan dan meningkatkan keseriusan mereka dalam upaya penerapan QRIS ini agar bisa bermanfaat secara aktual. The current payment digitization process is certainly inherent for MSME in an effort to improve the transaction process quickly and have wider buying and selling power. Of course, digital payments that are starting to be in demand today are the use of QR codes, namely QRIS. One of the cities that has been widely used by QRIS is Tasikmalaya City. Cikurubuk Market is one of the markets that has started to implement QRIS from 2020. However, until now the implementation efforts are still not effective in terms of its use. This research certainly aims to analyze and provide recommendations regarding efforts to implement QRIS in Cikurubuk Market, Tasikmalaya City with an approach from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. The research method is used a qualitative method with interview and observation data collection techniques. The results of the research show that from perceived usefulness, efforts to implement QRIS still have not had an impact and also benefit the performance of traders because of the lack of buyers using QRIS and the lack of support systems. In perceived ease of use, it shows that merchants understand how to use QRIS because it is easy, even though the role of the organizers themselves is still not able to socialize the use of QRIS properly. From these two perceptions, of course, it forms the attitude and intention of the traders that they will continue to use QRIS in their shophouses. The biggest hope for the organizers themselves is to carry out further socialization and increase their seriousness in the effort to implement this QRIS so that it can be useful in practice.
