    Abstract

    Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, telah mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor, salah satunya UMKM. UMKM di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Tasikmalaya, memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh UMKM masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital pada UMKM PapaBurjo sebagai studi kasus untuk memahami sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya literasi digital dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital dan potensi UMKM di Kota Tasikmalaya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mendekripsikan kemampuan literasi digital telah diterapkan PapaBurjo dalam berbagai aspek, seperti Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety, dan Problem Solving. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PapaBurjo telah memiliki dasar literasi digital yang cukup baik, terutama dalam hal berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi, dan pembuatan konten digital. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, seperti evaluasi informasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk layanan publik, risiko dan ancaman kejahan siber, serta penggunaan teknologi digital untuk berinovasi dan pengembangan kompetensi digital. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi PapaBurjo untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digitalnya guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

    The development of information technology, especially in the Industrial Revolution
    4.0 era, has encouraged digital transformation in various sectors, one of which is
    MSMEs. MSMEs in Indonesia, including in Tasikmalaya City, have an important
    role in the economy. However, the use of digital technology by MSMEs is still a
    challenge. This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of PapaBurjo
    MSMEs as a case study to understand the extent to which MSMEs in Tasikmalaya
    City have utilized digital technology in running their business. The background to
    this research is based on the importance of digital literacy in increasing the
    competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and the potential of MSMEs in
    Tasikmalaya City. Through a qualitative approach, this research describes the
    digital literacy skills that PapaBurjo has applied in various aspects, such as
    Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content
    Creation, Safety, and Problem Solving. The research results show that PapaBurjo
    has a fairly good basic digital literacy, especially in terms of communication,
    collaboration and creating digital content. However, there are still several aspects
    that need to be improved, such as the evaluation of information and the use of
    technology for public services, the risks and threats of cyber crime, as well as the
    use of digital technology to innovate and develop digital competencies. This research
    provides recommendations for PapaBurjo to continue improving its digital literacy
    skills to support sustainable business growth.
