Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran need for achievement,
locus of control, sikap berwirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Sampel
penelitian ini terdiri dari 152 mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPI dengan teknik
sampling simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah angket untuk need for achievement, locus of control, sikap berwirausaha dan
intensi berwirausaha. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur
dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif need for
achievement, locus of control berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan pada sikap
berwirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha menunjukkan pada kategori sedang. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa need for achievement dan locus of control
berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Need for achievement berpengaruh
terhadap terhadap intensi berwirausaha secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
melalui sikap berwirausaha, locus of control memiliki pengaruh secara langsung
maupun tidak langsung terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha,
dan sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Pada
penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sikap berwirausaha dan
intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk
meningkatkan variabel yang rendah yaitu yaitu variabel sikap berwirausaha yang
harus ditingkatkan adalah indikator minat terhadap peluang usaha, berfikir kreatif
dan inovatif serta sikap positif terhadap kegagalan, variabel intensi berwirausaha
adalah memilih karir sebagai wirausaha memilih jalur usaha sendiri, dan keinginan
menjadi pemilik usaha.

This research aims to determine the description of need for achievement, locus of
control, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intentions of students.
Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling technique, obtained a
sample of 152 students on accounting education UPI students. The instruments used
in this research are questionnaires for need for achievement, locus of control,
entrepreunerial attitude and entrepreneurial intentions. Hypotesis test was
performed using path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Based on the descriptive
analysis, need for achievement, locus of control is the high category, while the
entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention show in the medium
category. The results of this study show that need for achievement and locus of
control affect entrepreneurial attitudes. Need for achievement affects
entrepreneurial intentions outcomes directly or indirictly througt entrepreneurial
attitudes, locus of control affects entrepreneurial intentions outcomes directly or
indirictly througt entrepreneurial attitudes, and entrepreneurial attitude has a
positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. For further researchers, it is
recommended to increase the low variables, namely the variable of entrepreneurial attitude that must be improved is an indicator of interest in business opportunities, creative and innovative thinking and a positive attitude towards failure, the variable of entrepreneurial intention is to choose a career as an entrepreneur, choose your own business path, and the desire to become a business owner.
