Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh work-life balance dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia. Menurut data yang diperoleh, terdapat suatu permasalahan pada tingkat turnover karyawan di PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia di mana tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Tingginya turnover ini apabila dibiarkan akan mengganggu operasional bisnis dan menurunkan produktivitas serta kualitas kerja perusahaan. Tingginya turnover mencerminkan adanya turnover intention yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada yaitu terdiri dari 98 karyawan full-time di PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian literatur, wawancara, observasi, serta kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product moment untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui dua uji yaitu uji parsial dan uji simultan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, work-life balance dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,000 < 0,05). Sama halnya secara parsial, work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,000 < 0,05). Namun, employee engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention (0,949 > 0,05). This research aims to explore the influence of work-life balance and employee engagement on employee turnover intention at PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia. According to the data obtained, there is an issue with level of employee turnover at PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia, which has been increasing annually and is categorized as high. High Turnover will disrupt business operations and decrease the productivity and work quality of the company. The high turnover rate reflects a significant turnover intention among employees. The research methods used are descriptive and verificative. The research sample consists of the entire population, which is 98 full-time employees at PT Suitmedia Kreasi Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through literature review, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using correlation pearson product moment to test the relationships between the variables studied. Hypothesis testing was conducted through two test: the simultan test and the partial test. Based on the research results, work-life balance and employee engagement have a significant effect on turnover intention (0,000 < 0,05). Similiarly, partially, work-life balance has a significant effect on turnover intention (0,000 < 0,05). However, employee engagement does not have a significant effect on turnover intention (0,949 > 0,05).
