Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya suatu permasalahan di lapangan berkaitan dengan kemampuan anak dalam segi kemampuan kerja samanya dikarenakan masih bersifat individualis, tidak mau berbagi saat bermain dengan temannya, dan kurangnya permainan kelompok untuk memenuhi aspek kemampuan kerja sama tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RA Al-Munawwar sebagai kelas eksperimen dan RA Daarul Falaah sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrument yang sudah divalidasi lalu di uji coba untuk melihat keselarasan dari hasil observasi oleh tiga penilai, lalu dilakukanlah ppenelitian dengan sampel enam orang dari kelompok B Ra Al-Munawwar dan RA Daarul Falaah. Pertama melakukan pretest dengan hasil rata rata skor di RA Al-Munawwar sebesar 26,7 dan di RA Daarul Falaah seebesar 43,setelah itu diberikan perlakukan untuk kelas eksperimen dilakukan kegiatan permainan tradisional dan di kelas kontrol dilakukan pembelajaran tidak menggunakan permainan tradisiobnal, setelah itu dilakkan posttest dengan hasil di RA Al-Munawwar sebesar 55,8 dan di RA Daarul Falaah sebesar 45,2, selanjutnya di uji N-Gain untuk melihat tingkat efektivitas dengan hasil pada kelas eksperimen 0,9 dan kelas control 0,1 yang menunjukkan kelas eksperimen lebih unggul dan Tingkat keefektivitasan permainan tradisional dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama anak usia dini. This research is motivated by the existence of a problem in the field related to children's abilities in terms of their cooperative abilities because they are still individualistic, do not want to share when playing with their friends, and there is a lack of group games to fulfill this aspect of cooperative abilities. This research uses quantitative research with a quantitative approach, this research method uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest posttest control group design. This research was carried out at RA Al-Munawwar as an experimental class and RA Daarul Falaah as a control class. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The validated instrument was then tested to see the harmony of the observation results by three assessors, then research was carried out with a sample of six people from groups B Ra Al-Munawwar and RA Daarul Falaah. First, do a pretest with an average score result at RA Al-Munawwar of 26.7 and at RA Daarul Falaah of 43, after that the experimental class is given traditional game activities and in the control class learning is carried out without using traditional games, after that it is carried out posttest with results at RA Al-Munawwar of 55.8 and at RA Daarul Falaah of 45.2, then in the N-Gain test to see the level of effectiveness with results in the experimental class of 0.9 and the control class of 0.1 which indicates the experimental class superior and the level of effectiveness of traditional games can develop the cooperative abilities of early childhood.
