    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kerja serta tingkat kinerja kerja trainee, Dan juga menganalisis apakah kepuasan mempengaruhi kinerja trainee di hotel aston pasteur Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.respenden di sini adalah siswa magang di hotel aston pasteur Bandung angkatan Januari 2022 sampai Agustus 2022 yang berjumlah 180 responden. Hasil analisis data menunjukan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang puas dan tingkat kenerja kerja yang tinggi. Uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa diketahui thitung sebesar 11,461pada variabel X, sementara ttabel sebesar 1.97338. Jika t hitung > t tabel (11,461> 1.97338) maka H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara kepuasan kerja (X) terhadap kinerja kerja (Y) pada hotel aston pasteur Bandung.

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of satisfaction and performance level of trainees, and also analyze whether satisfaction influences trainee performance at the Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung. This research uses a quantitative approach with techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The respondents here are interns at the Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung from January 2022 to August 2022, totaling 180 respondents. The results of data analysis show a satisfactory level of job satisfaction and a high level of performance. Hypothesis testing shows that it is known that tcount is 11,461for variable X, while ttable is 1.97338. If t count > t table (11,461> 1.97338) then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X) on performance (Y) at the Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung.
